Summer time is coming and a vast amount of people are looking to book their holidays, although the credit crunch has hit hard this year people are still finding a way to take a break whether it’s a caravan holiday or a visit to a selection of beach resorts. And rightly so vacations should be taken at regular times as they help you relax and unwind. But with the recession in full swing will folk start taking their work away with them to impress the boss? and assist businesses with not enough staff? Let's take a brief look.

A survey has indicated that more British people will be taking away digital items with them such as laptops, which will lead to them not getting sufficient rest. The worst aspect is that people will become a lot lazier simply because they will be so exhausted. When you go on holiday the time should solely be spent pampering yourself.

But things look even worse as more than 20% of people tend to go home and continue work. All this has been caused by the credit crunch, people just do not want to risk being seen as unreliable in the work place. But theoretically you are more likely to get let go from work by underperforming from tiredness. Also tiredness causes you to become a lot less respectable to clients as you will be at the end of your tether. So book a trip and take that Barbados holidays that you have always wanted, there is no better time then now.
