Fire Pit Meetings Improve Workplace Productivity

Did you face any problem while working? In case you are sufficiently experienced, you will reply in affirmative. Unless you are an angel, of course. According to my own office observations, you won’t find any angels. The people who appear innocent are often untrustworthy. Since they are pretending most of the time, that is the reason I call them liars, which may sound a bit harsh. In other words, what you might call ‘brown-nosers’.And that’s being nice. It’s actually not a bad idea. Such people, wanting to provide more for their families, have decided that the way to do this is through advancement at work. You can’t blame them for taking this approach. Just make sure you don’t put too much trust in them. The boss will know if you comment negatively on him. They won’t have any reluctance to toss you in the fire pit.
Your supervisors have probably talked with you about productivity no matter what your work record looks like. Once in awhile, it’s likely that they’ll even be meetings about productivity, and these meetings may be a few of the most boring things anybody could ever go through. In addition to this, you feel like you are being disciplined for a thing you did not do. Usually you aren’t the one that is lacking in productivity but you get blamed. Sometimes you might end up feeling like a child who has to stand in a corner because you were caught doing something naughty, and you deserve more respect than that. However, you cannot help but break into a grin looking at your salary.
You can continue to smile and be miserable, or you can take action. Plus, this behavior need not attract attention to oneself. There are some who won’t be appreciative of that. Here’s a great move. Get your co-workers together – the ones you trust – and devise a plan to offer a meeting on productivity. Those above you would be petrified as well as heartened by this suggestion. If the idea was demonstrated as a team, it will be more produce a strong effect. Explain that your open discussion – opposed to a lecture – will be held in someone’s yard around a fire pit. This provides a relaxing environment where the majority of individuals may roast marshmallows and talk openly about their actual feelings about how productive things are at work. The outdoor firepit brings a focus to the area as well as providing an ideal spot for warmth and socializing. Being that this will be a unique approach to a meeting, the details will be remembered. It will also act as a great bonding experience for co-workers, which will help improve chemistry in the office. That will be more efficient as it goes on. It shouldn’t surprise you if these meetings at the fire pit become the norm.
