Save Dollars, Power And The Earth With Solar Panels And Grid Tie Inverters

Using a grid tie inverter and a solar panel is an ideal means of accessing renewable resources.

A fundamental benefit with the new grid tie inverter is the safety because the electronics inside will only allow current to flow when the house power is on. This removes any danger of power being fed backwards up the power lines. But if the power fails the grid tie disconnects.

To supply more power to the household, extra solar panels can be used, along with more grid ties. If any power supplied to the house is in surplus this can make the meter run backwards meaning lower bills.

These machines are not pricey and the manner they are joined to the household is not expensive, making the whole arrangement economical. Nomally the solar panel would charge batteries and a power inverter would feed electricity to the household from them. useful at night but costs more in setting up.

Replacing the power company is not an economical option, but in time the grid tie will save money, and in time we will save the earth.
