A car salesman gets paid 100% commission in most cases, however the good car salesman usually gets paid evenly. One thing about selling cars is that they are open for business on some holidays. When you are considering selling cars for a living remember that there are not too many jobs where you can earn $100,000 a year. So, when you are pounding the pavement looking for a job, selling cars to make a living is something you should consider.
